A small, rectangular, masonry shrine in Strzelce, built in the Eclectic style at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The shrine is surrounded by a latticework fence with an ornamental gate. The side walls are decorated with panels. In the front of the building there is an alcove with a window. The central element of the shrine is the Art Deco statue of Immaculate Mary, whose feet rest on a crescent originating from the 1930s.
